Cancellation-No Show & Late Arrival Policy
We, at Green Collar Grooming understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that there are emergencies. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible if no one answer, please leave a message.
You can cancel appointments by calling the following number :

If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, the client will be charged the full grooming service that will be due before their next appointment.
As a courtesy we send a reminder text for appointments 1 business day prior. If you do not receive a reminder text, the above policy will remain in effect. It is the client's responsibility to arrive at their appointment on time.
In the event that you are running late, and it will be longer than 15 minutes, we will no longer guarantee your appointment and you may be considered a no show and subject to paying the full grooming service. Please call and let us know that you're running late ASAP.
Any NEW client that no shows on their first visit will not be eligible to reschedule
As a courtesy we send reminder texts for appointments 1 business day before your appointment. If you do not receive a reminder text, the above Policy will remain in effect. It is the client’s responsibility to arrive to their appointment.
