Dear friends, 

We are happy to be able to be open with our services at this time! We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all navigate this together as many pets are in need of grooming. Normal grooming times will be 2-4 hours for the groom. We are committed to keeping the same quality and compassion for your pet and are grateful for your continued support!

DROP OFF

When dropping your pet off please come into the lobby. Place your pet into a size appropriate crate and secure the latch. Please no small dogs in the big kennels as we are limited with kennel space. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REMOVE THE COLLAR FROM YOUR PET, and you can hang their leash on the kennel. Proceed to the the walk-up window and ring the bell. Let us know any directions or information about your pet needs for the groom. 

PICK UP

We will call you when your pet is ready! Once you receive the call, come through the same door and proceed to the walk up window for payment. A convenience fee of $2.50 will be charged to credit/debit card transactions. Once payment is complete you can go to the kennel area to get your freshly groomed pet.

Don't forget to buy your furry friend a treat!

*If you do not feel comfortable with this system, or your pet does not do well by other dogs, please let us know and we would be more than happy to meet you outside and take your pet in right away. Either let us know on the phone or go to the walk up window inside and ring bell :)
